Do XRPL nodes generate XRP rewards?
No. XRPL nodes do not generate automatic XRP rewards. This is managed infrastructure — RPC/API access, uptime, monitoring, security, and support. We never promise yield or speculation.
What is an XRPL node used for?
Reading ledger state, submitting signed transactions built by your application, subscribing to live updates, and running analytics — reliably, without operating servers yourself.
What are the API rate limits?
Starter uses shared endpoints with basic limits. Builder and above get private endpoints with configurable per-key rate limits (default 60 req/min, raised on request).
How is security handled?
No public admin ports, no validator key management, and no wallet or seed-phrase custody. API keys are hashed at rest and shown only once. All access is tenant-isolated and audited.
Do you store private keys or seed phrases?
Never. We do not handle wallets, seed phrases, or signing keys. Your application signs its own transactions; we provide the infrastructure to broadcast and read.
What about backups?
Business and Enterprise plans include a backup strategy for node data and configuration, with documented restore procedures.
What uptime can I expect?
We target high availability through managed, monitored nodes. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA with defined response and recovery objectives.
How does support work?
Builder includes email support; Business adds priority support; Enterprise adds a dedicated architecture review and escalation path. Open tickets directly from your dashboard.
How am I billed?
Plans are monthly (annual billing available, with savings). Requests are reviewed by our team before any node is provisioned — there is no surprise automatic charge.
What is a private endpoint?
A dedicated RPC/WebSocket URL reserved for your organization, authenticated with your own API keys and isolated rate limits — not shared with other tenants.
Can I monitor my endpoints?
Yes. Every node reports health, latency, availability, and error rate, and integrates with NexusAI Monitoring for alerting and incident tracking.
How do I get an API key?
Create one from the dashboard once your node or shared access is active. The plaintext key is shown exactly once — store it securely. You can rotate or revoke at any time.
How do I rotate or revoke a key?
From the API Keys page: rotate issues a new secret (old one stops working immediately) and revoke disables the key. Both actions are audited.
Which chains do you support?
v1 focuses on the XRP Ledger (rippled, Clio, archive). The platform is built to extend to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana infrastructure next.
Is provisioning automatic?
No. v1 uses a reviewed, manual provisioning model: you request, our team reviews availability and pricing, then provisions and hands over endpoints. Safe and deliberate by design.
