By creating an account or using NexusAI Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Service and our policies referenced herein. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

You may use the service only in compliance with these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable law.

You are responsible for your account, your users, your content, and all activity that occurs under your organization.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges, including overages, are billed as incurred. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

We strive for high availability and publish status at our status page. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusAI Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
