We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and apply data-protection-by-design and by-default across the platform.

For data you submit about your own users, you are the data controller and NexusAI Cloud acts as a data processor, processing data on your documented instructions.

For account and billing data, NexusAI Cloud is the controller.

EU/EEA individuals have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to customers. Request one at privacy@nexusai.lt.

We use vetted sub-processors under contractual data-protection obligations and maintain an up-to-date list available on request.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
